This decision follows a meeting of the Cauvery Water Regulation Committee set for August 28 to discuss the upcoming water release.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vladimir Putin to skip G20 summit in New Delhi<br \/>\n<\/strong>Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be attending the G20 leaders&#8217; summit in India on September 9-10, 2023. This decision follows his absence from recent international summits due to the Ukraine crisis. The Russian Press Secretary stated that Putin&#8217;s focus is on the military operation in Ukraine.
