                      Denying the Women Child Care Leave (CCL) is violation of Constitution: Supreme Court (SC)<\/span><\/h3>\n

                      \u2022 A bench of the SC directed the government of Himachal Pradesh to review its policies on CCL concerning working mothers, especially mothers of children with special needs.
                      \n\u2022 Court observed the state as the employer of a working mother, cannot ignore the responsibilities of mothers at home while she is serving the state.
                      \n\u2022 Participation of women in workforce is a constitutional entitlement protected by Article 15 of the Constitution.
                      \n\u2022 Article 15 provides that State shall not discrimination on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth, or any of them.

                      Key Points About Child Care Leave (CCL)<\/span><\/h3>\n

                      Miyawaki Method<\/span><\/h3>\n

                      \u2022 The Miyawaki technique is an urban afforestation method by turning someone\u2019s backyard into a forest. Hence Option 3 is correct.
                      \n\u2022 Miyawaki is a technique pioneered by Japanese botanist Akira Miyawaki, that helps build dense, native forests in a short time.
                      \n\u2022 It has revolutionized the concept of urban afforestation by turning backyards into mini-forests.
                      \n\u2022 This method includes planting trees (only native species) as close as possible in the same area which not only saves space, but the planted saplings also support each other in growth and block sunlight from reaching the ground, thereby preventing the growth of weeds.
