Key disagreements include the EU\u2019s push for global reduction targets and measures for health risks, while countries like Saudi Arabia, China, and India oppose these proposals, citing the importance of polymer production.<\/p>\n

Bangladesh\u2019s interim govt. must protect rights of all religious minorities: India.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

India urged Bangladesh’s interim government, led by Muhammad Yunus, to protect the rights of religious minorities, dismissing claims of violence against them as “media exaggeration.” India’s Ministry of External Affairs raised concerns over attacks on Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh. Bangladesh’s Law Adviser, Asif Nazrul, pointed to incidents against Muslims in India. Cyclone Fengal to cross Puducherry coast today noon.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Cyclone Fengal is expected to cross the Puducherry coast near Karaikal and Mamallapuram by Saturday afternoon, with wind speeds of 70-80 km\/h, gusting up to 90 km\/h. The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC), Chennai, has issued a red alert for seven coastal Tamil Nadu districts, predicting extremely heavy rainfall. Intense rain is expected in Chennai, Cuddalore, Puducherry, Villupuram, and Kallakurichi. Heavy rainfall will continue in north Tamil Nadu until Saturday, with rain expected in the Western Ghats and interior regions from December 1-3. U.P. Governor sets up three-member judicial commission to investigate Sambhal violence<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel formed a three-member commission to investigate the November 24 violence in Sambhal, which resulted in four deaths and numerous injuries.
