K. Raina<\/em>\u00a0led the first Geological Survey of India (GSI) survey of the\u00a0<em>Siachen<\/em>\u00a0glacier (assigned number 5Q 131 05 084), later becoming a disputed area between India and Pakistan.\u00a0<em>Siachen<\/em>\u00a0Glacier is the highest battleground on Earth. The Geological Survey of India set up in 1851, is a premier organization dedicated to the scientific study of the country&#8217;s geology and mineral resources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA)<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) is an anti-terrorism law enacted in India in 1967, aiming to prevent and counter unlawful activities that threaten the country&#8217;s sovereignty, integrity, and security.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council addressed long-standing issues such as the formation of Appellate Tribunals and tax treatment for online gaming. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council is established under the Article 279A of the Constitution. The Council is composed of the Union Finance Minister (chairperson), the Union Minister of State (Finance), and the Minister in charge of finance or taxation from the States and the Union Territories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chandrayaan 3<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Chandrayaan 3 mission aims to demonstrate end-to-end capability in safe landing and roving on the lunar surface, consisting of a propulsion module, lander module, and rover, and a payload named SHAPE (Spectro polarimetry of Habitable Planetary Earth)to carry out various experiments and studies.
