1. What are the policies for returns and refunds?
Answer: We generally never had to issue refunds because of the strong value we provide. However, in a rare case it comes to it because of any unforeseen circumstances, we’ll discuss with the concerned and see if it’s applicable from, case to case basis. For cash transactions demand draft in favour of the student/parent shall be issued. For online transactions, same mode of reversal will be used
2. How do I participate in online CLAT classes? Can I use my mobile to access CLAT live classes?
Answer: Enrolled students can access live classes through links provided and can also practice all the resources as guided by faculty through the Manu Law Classes App available on the App Store. The app is your online mentor and supports you with various tests, pre recorded lectures, topics tests after each class. The faculty sits with the student and prepares a personalized plan accordingly
3. What if I face any technical glitch during CLAT live classes?
Answer: Make sure you have a stable internet connection, If the issue persists, one can immediately reach out to our technical team for instant resolving the issues.
4. What if I miss a live class due to inconvenience?
Answer: We encourage students to attend the live classes even though all of the classes are available on the LMS as backup, so one need not worry about the classes if missed.
5. Do you also conduct special Live doubt solving sessions for CLAT coaching classes?
Answer: At MLC, We offer on-demand doubt classes, which allow a student to get in touch with the incumbent faculty member to get answers to his questions in a group or an individual setting .
6. After I purchase any course, when will it be activated?
Answer:Within 2-3 hours of the confirmation however in most cases it happens earlier also .
7. How do I purchase a course and what payment methods are accepted?
Answer:A student can visit our website. Under the Admission tab, select a course, then click the Buy Now button. If you don't already have one, register for an LMS (Learning Management System) account and complete the purchase. We accept payments through Debit Card, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking etc. .
8. Can I access the course on multiple devices?
Answer: Yes, Although the course can be accessed from multiple devices, only one device can be logged in at once.
9. Is there any discount available on the fee structure?
Answer: Discounts are given on the merit basis and offers available on a particular course from time to time. You can contact us to know about the ongoing ones .
10. Are there any notable trends or statistics of the previous year's results in this course?
Answer:Yes, one of our classroom students achieved a rank of 51 in AILET in 2023 amongst other top selections in other NLUs through CLAT such as NLSIU, NUJS, NALSAR and so on. For our DU LLB 3 YEAR courses prep, we also got AIRs and majority of the DU classroom batch were placed in DU this year including in Campus Law Centre .
11. What are the career prospects after completing the 3-year LLB program, and how do they differ from those after completing the 5-year LLB program?
Answer:Both 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB graduates are qualified to practice law. Law companies, MNCs, government agencies, judicial bodies, banks, and litigation are just a few of the businesses that LLB degree holders work in addition to being attorneys. These graduates can explore the aforementioned businesses by obtaining positions as a corporate law officer, advocate, litigator, etc. Both degrees are highly prized and offer a variety of professional options to those who want to pursue a career in law. Both a 3-year and a 5- year LLB programme are undergraduate programmes. Therefore, their job opportunities are very comparable. However, the career prospects after completing either program will depend on the individual's interests, skills, experience, and career goals.
12. What are the eligibility criteria for admission to the 3-year and 5-year LLB programs?
Answer:Candidates must have graduated from a recognized university in any discipline with a minimum percentage of marks (typically 45–50%) for the three-year LLB program. Candidates must have completed their 10+2 education (or an equivalent) with a minimum percentage of marks (typically 45–50%) from an accredited board in order to be considered for the five-year LLB program. Candidates must take an entrance exam, such as the CLAT, AILET, LSAT, or another similar test, for both of the exams.
13. Are there any specific eligibility criteria for admission to the NLUs affiliated with the CLAT consortium? and What is the minimum score required to qualify for admission?
Answer:The eligibility criteria and minimum score requirements may vary slightly from one NLU to another. The minimum score required to qualify for admission varies from year to year and also depends on the category of the candidate. Therefore, candidates are advised to carefully read the admission notification and eligibility criteria of the NLUs they are interested in before applying for admission.
14. Do we get the study material in hardcopy?
Answer: Yes. All the study materials are given in soft copy as well as in hard copy.
15. How does CUET differ from CLAT?
Answer: Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) is a national-level entrance exam for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programs courses in Central Universities such as Delhi University, Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, Jamia Millia Islamia etc. However, CLAT conducts national level entrance exams for admission only in National Law Universities. Some of the private law colleges also accept CLAT Score for admission in their LLB 5 Year Programs.
